Information for listeners

The conference is open to public. Due to limited seats listeners wishing to take part of the sessions are kindly asked to register by the 12th of June 2009. Registration can be done by e-mail to patricia.berg@helsinki.fi or by phone to Patricia Berg +358-41-5488222. When signing up, please also let us now if you wish to attend some of the additional program, i.e. lunch, coffee or/and some of the evening programmes, i.e. the Presentation of the Institute and the Reception at the University (see programme).

Listeners who wish to take part of the additional program are kindly asked to pay a fee. The fees have been set as follows:
25 euro/person including coffee and lunch from the 24th to the 26th of June
60 euro/person for the conference dinner on Friday the 26th of June
50 euro/person for the trip to Loviisa town on Saturday the 27th of June

The fee for listeners for the whole conference with all additional meals and programs is 135 euro. Fees can be paid directly to the account of the Finnish Egyptological Society, Aktia 405510-2296152 before the 12th of June. Please write Deir el-Medina Studies, your name as well as the additional program you wish to attend during the conference in the message field.
